standing broad jump: 198cm.
shuttle run: 10.7s.
situps: 49.
incline pull ups: 23.
2.4 km: 12.30min.

argh.but i dont like my pull ups.
knew i cld do btr.
and its like those put there wan.not built there one.
like the ones at e basketball court.
ystrdy i tried doing with gina.
and i did 35.

thn tday those temporary one,
only manage to do 23.
its like super tiring.haha.
and bar uber slippery.
improved evrythng lahs.esp my beautiful sit and reach.
its like pri6 it was 22 i thnk,thn sec1,34.then this yr!46!! ((:
